Citrus Salmon with Rice Pilaf and Stir-Fry Vegetables
Salmon, Citrus Zest, Parsley, Garlic, Olive Oil, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Wild Rice, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Chicken Stock, Spices, Seasonal Veggies.
Preheat oven to 425°F. With lid on rice and vegetables, bake for 20 minutes, or until warmed through. Remove lid from salmon, bake for 10-12 minutes, should be firm to touch.
Eat within 3 days.
