French Dip w/ Potato Wedges
Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, Onions, Beef Drippings, Beef Stock, Potatoes, Hoagie Roll, Butter, Spices
Warm beef and sauce in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until warm. Grill bread, butter side down, onver medium heat until until golden brown. Remove cover, warm potato wedges in 400°F oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
