Hasselback Chicken w/ Roast Potaotes & Vegetables
Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Prosciutto, Smoked Provolone, Balsamic Vinegar, Potatoes, Herbs, Spices, Garlic, Seasonal Vegetables, Lemon
Preheat grill to 450°F. Place chicken (stuffed side up) and potatoes (in foil) on grill, close lid, cook for 12-15 minutes. During last 5 minutes of cooking, add vegables to grill. Remove everything from grill when meat thermometer reads 165°, potatoes are hot, and vegetable are tender.
