Mongolian Beef w/ Steamed Jasmine Rice and Broccoli
Beef Flank Steak, Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Green Onions, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Beef Stock, Jasmine Rice, Broccoli, Spices
Heat oil in sautee pan over high heat. Strain beef from marinade, reserving sauce, and add to pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Add sauce, green onions, and broccoli into pan, cook for 5 more minutes, stirring frequently. Warm rice in microwave 1 minute at a time.
Eat within 4 days.
