Pork Loin Yakisoba



Pork Loin, Egg Yakisoba Noodles, Carrots, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Snow Peas, Soy Sauce, Pineapple Juice, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Spices

Heat sautee pan over medium-high heat, strain pork from marinade (reserve liquid for later use), add to pan and cook through (about 5-6 minutes), stirring occasionally. Remove pork from pan and set aside. Add vegetables to pan and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cooked pork, noodles, and sauce to pan. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Remove cover, cook another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until sauce thickens. Serve and enjoy!
