Steak Fajitas with Roasted Red Salsa
Thin Sliced Beef Steak, Assorted Bell Peppers, Poblano Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Spices, Corn Tortillas, Tomatoes, Chipotle Peppers, Lime, Cilantro.
Drain steak from marinade, cook in sautee pan over high heat, stirring frequently for 4 minutes, or to you liking. Remove from pan. Add vegetables to pan, cook until tender, 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Warm tortillas in over for 5 minutes.
