My Grandfather always told me, “When you pick your career, pick something that you don’t feel like you are going to work every day.” I took that advice to heart and realized that I could cook literally everyday of my life and never feel like I am working!

After earning my business degree, I moved to Maui at age 21 to pursue my passion of food. It was there that I got my first real glimpse into quality food, and I couldn’t get enough of it. While attending culinary school, I worked in one of the top restaurants on the island, starting at the bottom and working my way up. I graduated with degrees in Culinary Arts, Baking and Patisserie, and Restaurant Supervision from Maui Culinary Academy. From the day I started this adventure, I have bounced all around the US working in and running freestanding restaurants, resort food service, recreational cooking schools, catering companies, and as a private chef. From Maui, to Washington, to New England, I have learned as I have gone and my passion for quality food continues to cultivate every day!

Now I am home, and I couldn’t be happier about it! PK’s Culinary is all about providing fresh and locally made,and quality food to the residents of the Coulee area. Life gets busy, and so many people don’t have the time or the energy to prepare fresh meals for themselves or their families at home. That is where PK’s comes in! Just because you are busy doesn’t mean you should have to eat preserved processed food from the freezer or spend a ton of money to eat out every night. Let PK’s take care of dinner for you! I will always use the highest quality ingredients and base my menus on the season. This ensures that your meals are full of fresh flavor, and you can feel great about feeding your family balanced meals.
