We have a glitch that we are trying to fix. Please only order the large items under each catergory name. Do not order the smaller items listed below, these are supposed to be hidden, but a glitch is allowing them to seen. Those items are NOT available this week.

Citrus Salmon with Rice Pilaf and Stir-Fry Vegetables – Clean Eating
Salmon, Citrus Zest, Parsley, Garlic, Olive Oil, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Wild Rice, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Chicken Stock, Spices, Seasonal Veggies.
Preheat oven to 425°F. With lid on rice and vegetables, bake for 20 minutes, or until warmed through. Remove lid from salmon, bake for 10-12 minutes, should be firm to touch.

Easy Bake
BBQ Brisket Tater Tot Casserole, Garden Salad – serves 2
Beef Brisket, Beef Stock, BBQ Sauce, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Corn Starch, Tater Tots, Cheddar Cheese, Pickled Jalapenos. Greens, Assorted Vegetables, Vinaigrette Dressing Remove cover. Bake in 400 oven for 35-45 minutes, until hot.

Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich w/ Potato Wedges
Chicken Breast, Pineapple, Bell Peppers, Onions, Spices, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Potatoes, Voltage Baguette, Swiss Cheese.
Toast garlic bread under broiler for 3 minutes, or until golden. Warm chicken mixture in sautee pan for 3 or 4 minutes, until hot, transfer to bread. Top with cheese, returnt oven until cheese melts. Warm potatoe wedges in 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes.

Pasta Puttanesca w/ Grilled Chicken & Voltage Garlic Bread – Clean Eating
Spaghetti Pasta, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Capers, Basil, Onion, Garlic, Chicken Breast, Lemon, Olive Oil, Voltage Baguette, Butter, Parmesan
Warm sauce over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, until hot. Drop pasta into boiling water 1 minute, strain, add to pasta. Broil chicken and garlic bread (butter side up) for 4-5 minutes, until hot and bread is golden brown.

Loaded Chicken Tortilla Soup w/ Southwest Bean Salad – Clean Eating
Chicken, Chicken Stock, Corn, Bell Peppers, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Cilantro, Corn Tortillas, Cojita Cheese, Sour Cream, Green Onion, Spices, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Kidney Beans, Vinegar, Olive Oil
Warm soup over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until hot. Top with sour cream, cheese, and green onions, mix salad ingredients together.
