Remove cover. Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes, or until heated through.

Stuffed Pepper Casserole w/ Greek Salad – Serves 2 – Keto Friendly
Ground Beef, Bell Peppers, Cauliflower, Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Spices, Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Olives, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Vinegar, Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Herbs
Remove cover. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes. Combine salad ingredients.

Steak Fajitas with Roasted Red Salsa
Thin Sliced Beef Steak, Assorted Bell Peppers, Poblano Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Spices, Corn Tortillas, Tomatoes, Chipotle Peppers, Lime, Cilantro.
Drain steak from marinade, cook in sautee pan over high heat, stirring frequently for 4 minutes, or to you liking. Remove from pan. Add vegetables to pan, cook until tender, 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Warm tortillas in over for 5 minutes.
Teriyaki Chicken w/ Pineapple Salsa, Tropical Slaw
Chicken Breast, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Sesame, Spices, Pineapple, Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Tomato, Lime, Cilantro, Cabbage, Carrot, Mango, Egg, Oil
Preheat Grill to 450°F. Place chicken on direct heat, flip after 5 minutes. Chicken is done when meat thermometer reads 160°F. Top with salsa.
Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry w/ Steamed Jasmine Rice
Chicken Breast, Pineapple, Assorted Vegatables, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Spices, Seasame, Rice Vinegar, Jasmine Rice
Strain chicken from sauce (reserve sauce for later use). Sautee chicken over medium high heat for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Add vegetables, cook 3 more minutes. Add sauce, cook 1 more minute. Warm rice in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
