Almond Crusted Chicken Breast W/ Rice Pilaf & Seasonal Vegetables
Chicken Breast, Almonds, Butter, Wild Rice Mix, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Celery, Chicken Stock, Lemon, Pine Nuts, Herbs, Seasonal Vegeables
Aussie Meat Pie w/ Pea Salad – serves 2
Beef Chuck, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Flour, Butter, Worcestershire, Red Wine, Beef Stock, Puff Pastry, Spices, Peas, Radishes, Water Chestnuts, Greek Yogurt, Lemon, Dijon Mustard, Dill, Mint
Line provided pan with larger pastry, add filling. Egg wash edge of pastry and top with smaller pastry, pressing edges with fork. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes. Mix salad ingredients together.
Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich w/ Potato Wedges
Chicken Breast, Pineapple, Bell Peppers, Onions, Spices, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Potatoes, Voltage Baguette, Swiss Cheese.
Toast garlic bread under broiler for 3 minutes, or until golden. Warm chicken mixture in sautee pan for 3 or 4 minutes, until hot, transfer to bread. Top with cheese, returnt oven until cheese melts. Warm potatoe wedges in 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes.

Mediterranean Zoodles w/ Grilled Chicken – Keto Friendly
Zucchini, Chicken Breast, Lemon, Garlic, Basil, Olive Oil, Pinenuts, Parmesan Cheese, Kalamata Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Bell Peppers
Sautee zoodles in olive oil for 1-2 minutes, until slightly softened. Add pesto sauce and all additives, cook for another 2 minutes.
One Pot Wonders
Hearty Beef Stew with Rolls
Beef Chuck Meat, Beef Stock, Red Wine, Russet Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Spices, White Rolls
Transfer stew to a sauce pot. Warm over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until stew reached approximately 160° F. Wrap rolls in foil and warm in 350° F oven for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Asian Chicken Salad
Chicken Breast, Mixed Greens, Chow Mein Noodles, Purple Cabbage, Carrots, Napa Cabbage, Miso, Hoisin, Cilantro, Lime, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds
Combine Ingredients and Mix
Caramel Nut Bars – 6 bars
Flour, Sugar, Corn Starch, Salt, Butter, Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup, Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds, Cream, Vanilla
Slice and Serve
Passion Fruit Puree, Strawberries, Mango, Coconut Water, Greek Yogurt, Hemp Hearts, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds
